Rentals

Meeting Rooms
Each Y has a meeting room available for rental by Non-Profit (501c3) organizations.  It can accommodate 25-30 people for meeting or group gatherings.  The meeting rooms come with rectangular tables, chairs, and white board.  Audio visual equipment is available for rental as needed.  Meeting Room rentals do not include facility access. 

We currently do not have any meeting or conference room rentals available to accommodate groups over 30 participants. 

Cost & Payment
$20 per hour

• Payment is due on the day of the event via cash, check, or card.  No Purchase Orders please.

Gymnasium

At this time we are not currently renting out any Gymnasium space for exclusive use, team practices, or group usage during our regular operating hours.  After hours Gym rentals are available upon request.  Please call for more information.

Restrictions apply to the programs, services, and discounts we can offer to those not affiliated with a non-profit or governmental organization.

Booking

Advance reservations (2 weeks) are required for groups of 10 or more. This ensures we are properly staffed for your event and can offer you the full services of our facility. 

Groups arriving without prior reservations will pay the full Day Pass Rate and access to the facility may be restricted based on the YMCA’s ability to accommodate the group.
