ECEAP

The YMCA Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program located at the Eastern Washington University Children’s Center in Cheney offers children from income eligible families a quality preschool experience at no cost. ECEAP provides families with support and resources for health, education, and social services. Eligible children must be 4 years old by August 31st of the year they plan to attend.
