GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULES

Cycling and TRX sign-ups are now online! A one time account set-up is needed. Just click here. Group Exercise classes are a member benefit and will continue to be free to members. Reserved spots are only guaranteed up until the start of class time.
Sign-ups for Cycle and TRX classes start one day in advance and open up each day at the time the facility opens as follows:
- Monday classes open at 9am on Sunday.
- Tuesday - Saturday classes open up at 5am the day before.
- No Sunday classes require sign-up on the current Group Exercise Schedules.

NEW CLASS BEING ADDED or CHANGED IN MARCH
Central: Monday, 7:20pm Cycle with Serina- New Class
Central: Friday, 5:30pm Zumba Toning- Last Class will be held on 2/28
Central: Friday, 5:30pm R.I.P.P.E.D will be moved to this New Time starting on 3/7. There will be no Friday 6:30pm class after 2/28.
Central: Saturday, 10:30am Power Yoga with Christine- New Class
North: Wednesday, 6:20pm Core Express- New Class (BLT will be changed to Core Express starting 3/5)
North: Wednesday, 6:45pm Zumba- New Time (The 7:30pm Zumba class will be moved to this New TIme starting 3/5)
