GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULES
Spring Schedule: April 13 - June 14, 2015

Cycling, TRX and Athletic Training Classes require online sign up. Set up an account and
Reserved spots are only guaranteed until the start of class time. Sign-ups start one day in advance and open up each day at the time the facility opens as follows:
- Monday classes open at 9am on Sunday,
- Tuesday - Saturday classes open up at 5am the day before,
- No Sunday classes require sign-up on the current Group Exercise Schedules.

Group Exercise classes are free to members. Children ages 7-11 are welcome in classes with an adult at the instructor’s discretion. Must be 13 or older to participate in TRX.
Upcoming Gym and Studio closures for Annual Floor Resurfacing:
May 21st - May 31st
CENTRAL Gym- All Classes in the Central Gym for this week will be cancelled.
NORTH Studios- Both Studio’s closed this week and all classes in North Studio’s will not be held.
June 25th - July 5th
NORTH Gym- All Classes in the North Gym for this week will be cancelled.
CENTRAL Studios- Both Studio’s closed this week and all classes in Central Studio’s will not be held.
Aug 27th - Sept 7th
Valley Gym- All Classes in the Valley Gym for this week will not be held.
