Cycling, TRX and Athletic Conditioning Classes require online sign up. Set up an account and GET STARTED

Sign-up for Class

Reserved spots are only guaranteed until the start of class time. Sign-ups start one day in advance and open up each day at the time the facility opens as follows:

  • Monday classes open at 9am on Sunday,
  • Tuesday - Saturday classes open up at 5am the day before,
  • No Sunday classes require sign-up on the current Group Exercise Schedules.

To Cancel a class reservation you are Unable to Attend, call 509 777 9622.

Group Exercise classes are free to members. Children ages 7-11 are welcome in classes with an adult at the instructor’s discretion. Must be 13 or older to participate in TRX.

New Classes at the North Y

TRX + Barre

Tuesdays 9:30am-10:30am:  A great combination of TRX and Barre classes to challenge your core strength as well as your balance and stability.  Space is limited--Advance sign up is required.

75 Cyle + Barre Express

Fridays 9:30-11:15am:  A unique combination of a 75 minute Cycle class plus a 30 minute Barre Express class to round out your workout with core and balance work.  Space is limited—Advance sign up is required.
