GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULES

New Classes on Summer Schedule
There will be no Group Exercise classes held on Independence Day, Saturday, July 4.
Cycling, TRX and Athletic Training Classes require online sign up. Set up an account and
Reserved spots are only guaranteed until the start of class time. Sign-ups start one day in advance and open up each day at the time the facility opens as follows:
- Monday classes open at 9am on Sunday,
- Tuesday - Saturday classes open up at 5am the day before,
- No Sunday classes require sign-up on the current Group Exercise Schedules.

Group Exercise classes are free to members. Children ages 7-11 are welcome in classes with an adult at the instructor’s discretion. Must be 13 or older to participate in TRX.
Upcoming Gym and Studio closures for Annual Floor Resurfacing:
June 18 - July 5 (Updated to earlier Closure for North Gym)
- NORTH Gym- All Classes in the North Gym for this week will be cancelled. (Reopens July 6)
June 25 - July 5
- CENTRAL Studios- Both Studio’s closed this week and all classes in Central Studio’s will not be held. (Reopens July 6)
Aug 27 - Sept 7
- Valley Gym- All Classes in the Valley Gym for this week will not be held.
