Customer Information Center Agent- Corporate
Information Center Agents provide exceptional customer service by providing first line representation of the YMCA on the phone. Duties include receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls. Each call is an opportunity to build relationships and community with our members and participants. Calls encompass all aspects of front line support including information, registration and conflict resolution. Part time. $9.19/hr. Camp Reed Administrative Coordinator- Corporate
Camp Reed is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to be the main point of contact for Camp business and assist the Camp Executive Director. This person will manage marketing for camp including calendar, mailings, newsletters and promotion. Also responsible for the Camp website and database, camp registrations, Rental /Challenge contracts, payments and related paperwork. Experience with Access helpful. Assists in management of camp fundraising activities. Strong organizational and analytical skills necessary, as well as exemplary customer service skills. 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment and at least 2 years of college required. $10.42-15.65/hr. Early Childhood Assistant Teachers and Substitutes – Central Children’s Center
The Central YMCA Children’s Center has immediate opening to care for children 4 weeks to six years of age. Must have an understanding of developmentally appropriate practice and have a desire to contribute to the social/emotional development and overall learning of young children. Completed High School Diploma, experience working with young children and ECE/STARS training required. Family Activity Center Leaders- North & Valley
The North Y is seeking staff to provide programming for the family activity center. The Activity Leader is responsible for the general supervision of parties, groups, and events along with programming and monitoring the activities in the Family Activity Center (FAC) at the YMCA. They will provide support to these programs and areas by monitoring interaction between the guests and the YMCA departments and staff, coordination and leading of activities and games, and working to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Marketing and Communications Specialist – Corporate
Seeking qualified individual to fill Marketing/Communications Specialist position for the YMCA of the Inland Northwest. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years in active marketing role, with experience in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel experience, basic web coding and content management systems, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator, and Constant Contact or similar email delivery system. The Member Wellness Coaches, under the direction of the Health & Wellness Director, are responsible for participating in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of all member related wellness programs and activities. Meets with members and health seekers on individual and group basis for wellness coaching, and collaborates with the Group Fitness, Youth Fitness and Active Older Adult Fitness staff. Expected to facilitate member retention through relationship building. The YMCA is seeking a Program Director to manage our EWU Children’s Center, located on the Eastern Washington University Campus.
