The Association Health & Wellness Director provides the staff vision, direction and leadership for all Health & Wellness Services and associated activities within the Association. The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional support to health seekers and exemplary service to members, contributing to high member retention. Child Watch Attendant Substitutes
The YMCA of the Inland Northwest is seeking substitute Child Watch Attendants. Child Watch Attendants are responsible for providing care for children 6 weeks to 6 years old while parents participate in YMCA program areas. Must be 16 years or older and have experience working with children. Must have ability to work at all facilities if needed. Positions will be for substitute shift work between the hours of 9-1:15, 3:30- 8:30 (M-F) and 9-12, 1:30-3:30 (Sat. & Sun). $8.55/hr. The YMCA of the Inland Northwest is seeking professional leadership for our health and wellness programs at the Central facility. Minimum qualifications are a BA in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Recreation or related field and at least 5 years experience managing operations and supervising people. The YMCA of the Inland Northwest is seeking Site Directors to manage School Age Care sites at elementary schools in the Mead and Nine Mile Falls School Districts. Must be 21yrs old with a minimum of 30 college credits in a related field. Experience required in the following areas: supervising adults and children, curriculum development, budgeting, record keeping and DEL licensing requirements. This position is 20-34hrs/wk, Mon-Fri, 6:30am-9:30am and 3:00pm-6:00pm. Starting wage is $10.00- $11.00/hr DOE. Benefits include vacation, sick and holidays paid and a YMCA membership. The EWU Children�s Center managed by the YMCA is seeking a Toddler Lead Teacher to care for children ages 1-2. Must be able to plan developmentally appropriate activities, manage a busy classroom, supervise 1-2 assistant staff, and work well with young children. Must have a current CDA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education. Part time, 7:30 am-2:30pm Monday- Friday. $10.00-$10.25/hr DOE.
